Week of Work-related stress 2022 – Factsheet
In 2021, 40% of employers indicated that they consider work overload to be a major occupational risk. To reduce these psychosocial occupational risks they are mostly increasing autonomy for their employees, establishing points of contact and changing how the work is organized. After a dip during the corona period, the number of employees with burnout complaints increased again, and absenteeism costs still remain high.
